Forums for GW hardly matter, since CR pretty much fails on a biblical scale (yeah, the 11th plague hitting Egypt would've probably been Anet CR).

They might read it, who knows, but they sure don't take any actions towards most of it.

Forums matter. No MMO would be successful without one or more large active forums. And from my experience, unofficial fan forums are always better then official. Forums build community at a rate far faster then anything else, due to the fact they are timeless.
